As a nonprofit organization that's been around for decades, they help thousands of people with disabilities and mental health needs throughout several communities in the state of Illinois.

Recovery is not a straight line. It zigs and zags, and relapse is often part of the process.

And that's OK. Many people, especially in underserved communities like ours, do not have access to substance use disorder treatment. It's our goal to change that.

Our Schoolhouse Counseling Center team welcomes students back to school! 👋

🎥 Learn a little more about Gina Smith, LCSW, a clinical therapist who's been helping students since 2022.

Therapists like Gina partner with in-school counselors, social workers and teachers to bring mental health services directly into the school setting. We partner with school districts throughout the Chicagoland area to make sure students stay on track throughout the school year.

As a highly trained therapy dog with Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy, Teddy provides additional mental health support when patients struggle through challenging times.

His calm demeanor means he can provide support in hospital settings, and we're always happy to see him drop by.
