🌻 Therapist Spotlight: Tawnya Blanford, LCSW, I/ECMH-C (she/her)
Tawnya believes that all of us are continually becoming. Our experiences, relationships, identities, and histories shape how we move through the world, connect with others, and care for ourselves.
With a warm, collaborative, and attachment-based approach, Tawnya creates a space where clients feel supported, understood, and genuinely accompanied. She specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating the transition to parenthood, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mental health concerns, parenting young children, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.
Tawnya is certified in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (I/ECMH-C) and brings extensive expertise in parent-child relationships, early childhood development, and helping families strengthen connection and resilience.
Her work is grounded in the belief that perfection is not the goal. Rather, healing happens through connection, repair, self-compassion, and learning how to navigate life's challenges together.
