As an In-Home Behavior Technician/RBT, your primary responsibilities will include:

Working 1-1 with clients following individualized ABA treatment plans for children/adults with autism in home settings.
Teaching clients language, academic, social, and self-help skills.
Implementing programs and skills aimed at helping clients reach their full potential.
Assisting in creating new client projects and materials.
Providing parent training to families to expand client advancement opportunities.
Receiving ongoing support and supervision in the field by BCBA-level staff.
Assisting in designing and implementing behavior analytic programming.
