There's something deeply satisfying about making paper with your own hands.

Join Switch Grass Paper at Roots & Rays Creative Counseling for a two-day immersive workshop exploring the art of western-style papermaking using cotton pulp. Guided by artists Aya Nakamura and Megan Diddie, you'll learn foundational papermaking techniques while experimenting with embedded materials, stencil molds, and handcrafted watermarks.

Whether you're completely new to papermaking or looking to expand your creative practice, this weekend offers plenty of time to explore, experiment, and create in a supportive studio environment.
