Cummings Wellness I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor here in the northern Chicagoland area.

I perform hour long private yoga lessons ($60) and the following massage sessions:
-60 Minute Massage: $100
-90 Minute Massage: $155
-120 Minute Massage: $200

***All massage clients and in person yoga students are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 AND received a Booster (if eligible) .***
***All massage clients and in person yoga students are required to be fully vaccinated for Monkeypox (if eligible) .***
***Masks are also required for all in person sessions***

Hello there,

Due to a change in my financial situation, starting October 1, 2026, the rates for my services will be raised slightly. A breakdown of those increases is listed below.

Until Oct 1, you are more than welcome to prepay for any services or purchase any gift certificates at the current rate.

Table Massage: $105 -> $110
Hot Stone Massage: $157.50 -> $165
Thai Massage: $115 -> $120
In-Person Yoga Lesson: $75 -> $80
Digital Yoga Lesson: $65 -> $70
