I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor here in the northern Chicagoland area.

I perform hour long private yoga lessons ($60) and the following massage sessions:
-60 Minute Massage: $100
-90 Minute Massage: $155
-120 Minute Massage: $200

***All massage clients and in person yoga students are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 AND received a Booster (if eligible) .***
***All massage clients and in person yoga students are required to be fully vaccinated for Monkeypox (if eligible) .***
***Masks are also required for all in person sessions***

Hello all,

I wanted to inform you about some changes that will go into effect starting on January 1st, 2026.

SCHEDULE CHANGE
Starting January 1st, my schedule will shift from maxing at four sessions in a day to three sessions.

MASSAGE RATE INCREASE
Table massage will increase from $100/hour to $105/hour; Thai Massage will increase from $110/hour to $115/hour; Private Yoga Lessons will increase from $70/hour to $75/hour; Virtual Private Yoga Lessons will increase from $60/hour to $65/hour.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Until December 31, my rates remain the same. Until then, you purchase gift certificates at the CURRENT RATE. These will still apply to massages after January 1st.
