My systems-based approach helps clients develop their own language for understanding experience and healing through exploring identity, context, and connection. I believe exploring and challenging ourselves and others is essential to thinking, behaving, and relating more wholly and meaningfully. My approach centers on collaboration, including the development of your own language to understand your

own experiences. As a systems thinker, I appreciate how our unique intersection of identities informs how we navigate the world. I also recognize that we as individuals shape and are shaped by the relationships, environments, and larger social ideas and systems around us. Understanding ourselves in context is integral to healing.
