Redefining recovery means breaking down traditional barriers and meeting people exactly where they are. That is why we champion Recovery on Wheels (ROW)—our peer-driven mobile outreach model designed specifically to lower transportation barriers for West Side neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Every day, our dedicated peer support team runs a daily service route with pickups and drop-offs at Above and Beyond, the AnB Food Pantry, Breakthrough, Franciscan Outreach, Pacific Garden Mission, and several encampments across the city. By showing up directly in the community, we foster trust and provide immediate, safe transportation to substance use treatment, detox, primary care, and basic needs support.

And this innovative model is working: In the last year alone, over 100 new clients brought in through our ROW program successfully completed their treatment plans and achieved their recovery goals!
