Mandee naturally came upon teaching group fitness while in Los Angeles pursuing a career in entertainment. After teaching group fitness and performing improv comedy shows at iO West in LA for a few years, she moved her endeavors to Chicago to become a full time personal trainer and group fitness professional attending and graduating from the National Personal Training Institute in 2009. Upon gradu

ating, she quickly started her own business, Mandee Miller Personal Training, LLC, and writing wellness newsletters while teaching multiple group class formats throughout the city of Chicago through the Chicago Athletic Clubs. Mandee has continued to grow, learn, and express her creativeness in this ever-evolving profession; sharing her passion and positive energy for fitness with her clients and class members alike. It brings a sense of accomplishment to her in helping individuals make strides forward in their journey to becoming more fit and achieving personal goals. In 2012, she became a brand ambassador for Nike Chicago and certified as a Nike Training Club Trainer at their flagship store located on Michigan Avenue. Mandee went on to lead NTC classes at Nike's Lincoln Park (now closed) and Bucktown store locations. In the spring of 2014, Mandee received her 200 Hour CYT recognized by Yoga Alliance. Having moved back to LA last summer, Mandee is now a part of the EQUINOX Group Fitness Team, a Schwinn Master Trainer in Training, and private fitness trainer throughout the greater Los Angeles area as well as online through Facetime. Certified Yoga Teacher; Yoga Alliance through yogaview of Chicago, AFAA Primary Certification: Yoga, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing, Club Boxing, Aqua Fitness, and Indoor Cycling. Spinning Certified through Mad Dogg Athletics. Equinox Specialty Formats: Best Butt Ever, Best Abs Ever, Pilates Mat, Fully Loaded (ViPR), Whipped, and TABATA. She is also TRX Certified and CPR/First Aid Certified.
