Before we dive into our June 6AM Challenge… 🌅

Let’s celebrate our May Early Bird Challenge winner! 🎉

To complete the challenge, members had to attend 10+ classes at 6AM during the month of May. Everyone who completed the challenge was entered into a drawing to win an HYC tee + a 5-Class Gift Card! 👏

One of the best parts of practicing at Hot Yoga Club is that every class brings a different energy, challenge, and experience. Some days you need strength. Some days you need sweat. Some days you just need to slow down and breathe.
