Meet Stephanie Espino Pureco, our ADON!
Stephanie has been at Arbor since 2021, and stepped into the ADON role in 2024! When asked about what she enjoys about her work, Stephanie replied:
"I’m passionate about helping others, especially during some of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their lives. Working in healthcare has given me the opportunity to be there for people when they may be scared, struggling, or simply need someone in their corner. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping people feel supported and reminding them that they are not alone. As a leader, I believe in leading with compassion, understanding, and accountability. I enjoy supporting my team, helping others grow, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking for help and know that they are valued. I believe that even small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference in someone’s day."
Well said! And when she was asked about what she does outside of Arbor, Stephanie says she enjoys time with family and friends - stating that family is of upmost importance for her!
When asked for any additional statements, Stephanie said: "I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally, and I hope to continue making a positive difference for the people I care for and the people I have the privilege of working alongside."
