Yoga classes for ALL levels happen on most Mondays & Thursdays at 6:30pm & Fridays at 5:30pm. We’re at 101 Ave C NE in Childress diagonally across from the steakhouse. $15 for 1 class or $60 for a 5-pack of classes or $85 for a 10-pack of classes or $98 unlimited monthly membership which includes our monthly mini-retreat.

I’m so sorry, but I just can’t do yoga for the foreseeable future including this Saturday’s mini retreat. I want to, but I can’t. I’ll let you know when class will resume and August will be free to make up for the classes I missed in July.
