David Michael Stout (83) was born on July 30, 1943, in Chillicothe, Ohio, the son of the late George W. and Marjorie M. Stout. He passed away of a brief illness August 27th, 2026, after moving to Bradenton, Florida earlier this year. John Otto Burns passed away on August 19, 2026. He was born on June 23, 1931 to the late John F. Burns and Grace McConnell.
