SOCOG is offering a CPR/First Aid class on Friday , August 14, 2026 from 9am to 2pm. The cost is $65.00 in advance. If you would like to register for the course, please do so online at https://www.socog.org/training/register-pay-online.html or by calling 740-775-5030, ext. 420. The course is held at 167 W. Main St, Chillicothe OH 45601.

The Blue Envelope Program is designed to help improve communication and understanding between individuals with developmental disabilities and law enforcement during a traffic stop or other encounter. Drivers can keep important information—such as communication preferences or emergency contacts—inside the blue envelope to share with officers if needed.
This program is a partnership between local law enforcement and the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities, working together to promote safety, understanding, and inclusion in our community.

Early Intervention supports infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) who may have developmental concerns, delays, or disabilities. Services include:
• Evaluation and assessment for children and families ages 0–3
• Ongoing in-home services for eligible children
• Family-centered support to help children reach their developmental milestones
• Services provided at no cost to families—EI is not income-based
• Referrals can be made by anyone who has concerns about a child's development
