Century Ridge is seeking awesome caregivers to join our team! Flexible scheduling, full or part time and weekend only positions available, Sign-on Bonus!
Caregiver qualifications include:
Dependable & Caring
CBRF Certifications and/or CNA a Plus!
We will provide training to applicants new to the field
Caregivers are responsible to:
Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
Participate in mealtime and light housekeeping activities
Monitor residents for changes in condition
Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
Build positive relationships with co-workers
Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
