A high price tag doesn't always guarantee quality care. This patient spent six figures but lacked the support she needed during recovery. What is the biggest 'red flag' you look for choosing a doctor?

Your iPhone has a magic eraser.

Photoshop has an undo button.

Surgery has neither.

Creativity is important. It’s how we study, analyze, prepare, and push medicine forward.

But when someone is operating on your face or body, I believe predictability matters more than creativity.

Patients don’t need surprises.

They need safe, consistent, reproducible, natural outcomes.

Real surgical mastery isn’t about constantly inventing something new. It’s about understanding anatomy, respecting proven principles, and delivering excellent results over and over again.

Would you rather have creativity or predictability when someone is operating on you?

Do you know someone over 35?

Please share this with them.

One of the most remarkable things about colon cancer is that it is often preventable.

During a colonoscopy, many precancerous polyps can be found and removed before they ever become cancer.

Unfortunately, we’re also seeing more colon cancer in younger adults.

According to the American Cancer Society’s 2026 report published in CA: A Cancer Journal for Clinicians, colorectal cancer incidence in adults ages 20–49 has been increasing by approximately 3% per year.

Know your family history.
Know your risk factors.
Don’t ignore persistent symptoms.

And remember: sometimes there are no symptoms at all.

Thank you to organizations such as , , , and for continuing to educate the public and advocate for screening and prevention.

Behind every surgery is a real person placing their trust in my hands, and that trust is something I carry with me every single day.

Every procedure is approached with intention. Every result is designed thoughtfully. Every patient is cared for like family.

Because the truth is, the best results come from someone who understands balance, detail, emotion, and the responsibility that comes with helping shape a person’s confidence.

If you’re considering plastic surgery, be sure to choose an artist, not just a surgeon.

Stop scrolling if you want to be healthy for the next 80 years, not just the next 10. 🫀✨

Half of all heart attacks happen to people who had NO idea they were at risk. No symptoms. No warning. Just a sudden event that changes everything.
But here is what the “standard” medical system isn’t telling you: We can predict this decades in advance.
I’m talking about a 5-minute scan—a Coronary Calcium Score. No needles, no contrast, just pure data on your arterial health. If your score isn’t zero, medications like PCSK9 inhibitors (Repatha) are changing the game, reducing LDL by up to 63% regardless of your diet.
I tell my friends: don’t wait until your 50s. Start these conversations in your mid-30s. We all develop atherosclerosis, but you don’t have to let it dictate your future.

Available for consultations at TrueCare Surgery Center:
📍 Irvine, Orange County
📍 Chino Hills, Inland Empire

Have you ever had a Calcium Score? Comment “HEART” below and I’ll send you more info on how to ask your doctor for one.
