We are all a work in progress.

On November 20 and 21, Cowboy Christmas at the Ranch returns for its fifth year—but this year, Christmas has a cause.

Inside the California Institution for Women, our horses are helping participants build trust, strengthen communication, practice leadership, and learn to advocate for themselves. We have watched walls come down, confidence grow, and women begin to see themselves differently.

Now we’re asking our community to help us continue that work.

Through Cowboy Christmas with a Cause, Rebel Ranch is raising $30,000:

🐴 $24,000 to continue our equine-assisted learning program at CIW
🎄 $6,000 to help bring Cowboy Christmas at the Ranch to our community

Fridays look a little different around here.

Every Friday, our friends from Anthesis come spend some time at the ranch.

Sometimes that means leading a 1,000-pound horse. Sometimes it means holding a chicken that weighs about as much as a sandwich.

Either way, there’s something pretty damn cool about watching confidence, connection and a little bit of joy show up.

No big production. No forced moments.

Just people, animals and a good Friday at the ranch.

Our Kentucky Derby Day at Ranch Buddies is all about movement, confidence, and real connection—with horses, with each other, and with something different.
