Looking ahead to the New Year, we will continue spreading Joy and positivity! While we will be closed on December 31st to celebrate the coming year, we're thrilled to announce that we will be opening our doors on New Year's Day! Join us for energizing classes at 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM, with coach , and kick-start your New Year's resolutions with a bang. Start the year off right and embrace a healthy and empowering journey with our supportive community.
