May is Mental Health Awareness Month. How are you taking care of your mental health?

I love spending time hiking and all the more better when it’s done with friends. The laughter, connection and sometimes gossip made me forget the harshness of our lives.

My next favorite is getting massages. What a great way to soothe my autonomic nervous system and let everything go.

Finally, nothing beats wholesome and favorite meals shared with the family. Some dishes are comfort food meant to reminisce childhood memories, others are packed with nutrients to make sure I’m well fed.

May your days be filled with happiness and meaningful connections.

I used to struggle with bad menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding with clots.

I was always miserable for the first two days of my me**es and the low back pain isn’t fun either.

My life changes after two months of acupuncture treatments and herbal regimen.

My symptoms reduced significantly and my quality of life improved. I was able to continue my track and field training without interruptions.
