Our Melodies & Memories Dedication Concert was one to remember 🎶❤️

Each song was dedicated to one of our residents by someone who loves them, making every melody just a little more meaningful. We sang, smiled, reminisced, and celebrated the wonderful people who make LHMC so special.

🎣 Gone Fishin’! ☀️

Today we enjoyed a beautiful day at Erickson Park in Chippewa Falls for our resident fishing outing! For some of our residents, it had been years since they last held a fishing pole, which made it extra special to give them the opportunity to get back out on the water 💙

We may not have caught any fish, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time! Sometimes it’s not about what you catch—it’s about the sunshine, the laughter, the memories, and the people you get to share the day with 🥰🎣☀️

That’s something Esther has always said, and it’s clear she has passed her love of music down through the generations! ❤️ It was so special to see four generations of the Musser family singing together and sharing that joy with our residents ❤️🎶

Congratulations to our August Shining Star, Serenaty Hughes!🤩

Serenaty has been part of the Lake Hallie Memory Care team for over 3 years. She began her journey on our Life Enrichment team before transitioning to our Dietary team. When asked what she enjoys most about working at LHMC, she shared that she loves her coworkers 🩷

Serenaty is known for her friendly, upbeat attitude and the smile she brings to work each day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, playing with her cats, fishing, and traveling! 🐱🎶✈🎣

Thank you, Serenaty, for all you do for our residents and team. We appreciate you and are grateful to have you as part of the LHMC family! 💙
