Alisha Dankers has been chosen as August's employee of the month.
Alisha is a care manager on the AM shift. She has been with us for almost a year now and has exemplified what the Pillars of Excellence stand for.

Alisha serves with a smile and always has a kind word or uplifting sentiment for our residents and her coworkers. On her nomination form it had only two simple sentences:
"Alisha is a woman of many hats. Need I say more."

She is well rounded and an out-of-the-box thinker.
She has been nominated multiple times since the start of this program and now has earned the spotlight! Congratulations Alisha!
