We had a fabulous time at the Chippewa Falls Main Street trick or treat event! Thank you to my husband for helping decorate and pass out candy! I could not have done this alone. It was wonderfully busy with people. The crystals were first to go before candy. Everyone looked great in costume. Thank you for stopping at our table!!

I created a page of Resources for Wellness on my website, intuitivehealingsllc.com, of things that helped me along my way to rediscovering who I truly am. I want to share these items in the hopes you may find something that resonates with you. If not, no worries!

Part of rediscovering ourselves is questioning everything we believe to be true - some things may hold up, while others may not and it can feel like a rug being pulled out from under us. It's ok, find your feet again through various grounding methods or research. In our community, there are many wonderful resources for mental health and wellbeing - find one that resonates with you!!
