Our Point Pleasant Heights annual summer picnic was held yesterday! We found a break in the weather and had a marvelous time! Our theme this year was the 250th anniversary of the USA. We enjoyed many patriotic songs by our entertainer. The meal was delicious with BBQ'd ribs, homemade calico beans and potato salad, with watermelon and strawberry shortcake! Thanks to all our residents and guests who braved the weather and made it a great day for all!

Sadly, our last cul de sac coffee was held Thursday. We met on Fairway Drive and had a wonderful turnout! So many new faces here this year, was a great time to meet each other and learn new things about each other. Such a fun time in each cul de sac...until next year....

Cul de sac coffees continue this week! Today, we were up on Eagle Drive and had a great time visiting and enjoying the HUGE rolls from the local grocery bakery. The weather has been wonderful for us to get outside and enjoy time with our neighbors!

Our 2026 cul de sac coffees are in full swing! Yesterday, we were on Greenway Dr. and today we were on Ironwood Dr. It's always a great time to see our neighbors after a long winter! Going around the circle, we found out how long some have lived here, 13 years, 8 years etc.! And we learned from everyone what their favorite toy was as a kid. The top toys were paper dolls, dolls, roller skates, bikes, and tonka trucks.

A very special thank you to our local Good Neighbors Club for hosting a spring tea here for the residents. They enjoyed tea (of course) along with sweet & savory treats and fun conversation. We even learned a little about the history of porcelain and its roots in China & England. A fun afternoon for all!
