Tri-City Youth and Family Center is seeking a Prevention Worker to support children and youth through skill-building, positive development, and community-based programming. This role focuses on early intervention, youth engagement, and strengthening protective factors that contribute to long-term well-being and success.

💼Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver prevention and youth development programming in schools and community settings
• Facilitate group activities focused on life skills, decision-making, and healthy behaviors
• Build positive relationships with children and youth to support engagement and participation
• Coordinate with schools, families, and community partners to support program delivery
• Complete required documentation accurately and on schedule
Maintain professional conduct aligned with agency standards.

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience with youth will be considered
