As we wrap up National Sports and Physical Fitness Month, we want to remind everyone about our sports physicals happening through July!🏈🏀⚾

For $25, your athlete can get their annual sports physical - which are required annually for student-athletes and do not take the place of a school physical - and half of the cost will go back to a booster club of their choice.

Ready to get game ready and give back?🏈⚽⚾ Throughout July, sports physicals at Horizon Health Clinics are just $25 - and half the cost benefits the booster club of your choice. Don't wait - schedule your sports physical today and help support your school!

Sports physicals are required annually for student-athletes and do not take the place of a school physical. The sports physicals consists of a physical exam assessing the athlete's readiness for athletics.
