It's time to slow it down for the evening. The sunsets to signal us to transition from day to night. When we take a few moments to acknowledge this transition it give us the opportunity to transition as well. Watching the sunset, which acknowledging and releasing the stress from the day the body is holding onto, consciously clearing the mind of tomorrow's business and focusing on the present moment, gently allowing the breath to lead you to relaxation and release. Congratulate yourself for taking the time to relax and invest in yourself!!
