We’re excited to introduce Sal Cano, our dedicated Occupational Therapist! Sal has been part of our practice for the past year and continues to make a meaningful difference every day.

He has a true passion for helping people reclaim their independence and improve their quality of life. Sal works with both children and older adults, and especially enjoys supporting individuals with disabilities as they reach their personal goals.

When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Sal enjoying a game of chess, hiking the great outdoors, working on cars, or spending quality time with his family.

Jared is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) with over 16 years of experience, helping patients move better, heal stronger, and live pain-free.

In 2013, he founded *Custom Rehab right here in Chubbuck, where he has loved serving the community ever since.
