We encourage all family members to attend our upcoming Family Resident Council Meeting. While it is not mandatory to RSVP, it would be very helpful if you could call the facility ahead of time and ask to speak with the Concierge or the Activities Department to let us know you plan to attend. This helps us prepare seating and any refreshments for everyone. Family Council Meetings are an important opportunity to stay informed, discuss resident care, review personal belongings, ask questions, share concerns, and work together to ensure the best possible quality of life for your loved one. Your voice, support, and involvement truly make a difference, and we hope to see you there!

A heartfelt thank you to Adoration Home Health & Hospice for helping us wrap up CNA Week with the sweetest treat anyone could ask for—delicious banana splits! 🍒🍦

They were a huge hit here at Church Hill Health and Rehab, bringing smiles not only to our incredible CNAs but to our wonderful residents as well. Moments like these remind us that celebrating together creates memories that last long after the ice cream is gone.

We kicked off CNA Week the best way we know how—with an Iced Coffee Bar and warm, fresh cinnamon rolls! ☕🥐

Our incredible CNAs pour their hearts into caring for others every single day, so this morning was all about taking a moment to celebrate them. A huge thank you to our amazing Therapy Team here at Church Hill Health and Rehab for helping our residents create their very own tie-dye T-shirts as part of our Decades-themed CNA Week celebration!

Watching our residents express their creativity, share smiles, and join in the fun made this activity truly special. The colorful shirts are more than just a craft—they’re a reminder that joy, friendship, and making memories never go out of style.
