Steve brings nearly 40 years of professional experience across healthcare, engineering, field operations, systems integration, and project management. His background includes 21 years in healthcare capital and medical equipment planning, as well as more than 13 years in commercial audiovisual technology, engineering, systems integration, field installation, technical support, and project management.

Grant brings over 8 years of clinical experience in the medical field, along with 8 years of service in the Air Force. In his previous roles, he quickly advanced to the position of supervisor and trainer for other Laboratory Technicians, showcasing his commitment to excellence and passion for delivering results.

In his new role, Grant will focus on the professional installation of medical booms, lights, and video integration, helping Maxim continue to provide outstanding service and value to our customers and partners.
