My dose went up this week. We waited 28 days on purpose.
Month 2 of my experiment. I'm on the same GLP-1 protocol my patients follow, documented on camera, no filters.
Here's what most people get wrong about dose increases. They think faster means better results. It doesn't. It means more nausea, more quitting, more "this didn't work for me" posts.
The protocol is: start low. Hold 4 full weeks. Then increase based on 3 things. Your tolerance. Your labs. Your results. Not your impatience.
My month 2 check-in: appetite is quiet. Sleep is deeper than it's been in years. Energy is steady through the afternoon. The numbers go on camera at my InBody scan, not in a caption.
Fast titration is why strangers on the internet quit. Slow titration is why my patients are still here at month 6.
If you want support that follows your labs instead of a template, come talk to me. Your prescriber sets the plan. I help you get the most out of it.
