Nurture Your Motherhood Journey Begins Here

Recovery looks different with a cesarean birth, and it deserves its own kind of care.

The First 40 Days offers gentle support for rest and healing during this window.

Your pelvic floor recovery is about more than "don't p*e when you sneeze." 🤍

Most postpartum conversations stop at leaking, but your pelvic floor shows up in bracing patterns, core connection, and everyday movement too. These are easy to write off, but worth paying attention to.

The good news is that this isn't something you have to figure out or push through alone. Pelvic floor recovery is trainable, and the earlier you tune in, the more support your body gets.

💚 Save this for your postpartum recovery reminders.

Nobody puts these on the registry, but you'll actually use them. 🌿

Baby registries are full of things you'll use a handful of times. Meanwhile, the items that get you through those first postpartum weeks rarely make the list, because nobody talks about them until you're living it.

These are the unglamorous essentials. The ones that don't photograph well for a registry but end up within arm's reach for weeks straight. The comfort items that make a hard recovery feel a little more human.

Add them to your postpartum plan now, so they're ready before you need them.

Don't have a postpartum plan yet? We made one for you.

The calmest birth we've supported wasn't the one with zero surprises. 🤍

It was the one where mom knew she wasn't alone.

Birth rarely goes exactly as planned, and that's okay. What changes everything isn't controlling every variable; it's having someone steady beside you when things shift. Someone who can help you adjust, breathe, and keep moving forward with confidence instead of fear.

That's what real support looks like. Not a perfect plan, a present one.

Heading back to work and planning to pump? The logistics are only half of it.

Doing a practice run of your routine and packing your pump bag ahead of time can make day one feel a lot less overwhelming. Keep water close, since pumping can leave you surprisingly thirsty. And give yourself grace for the emotional side, too. Missing your baby, juggling a new schedule, and adjusting to a different rhythm are all part of it. If your supply shifts, you don’t have to troubleshoot alone.

We’re thrilled that our founder Erica Manto Paulson was featured in Forbes Vetted sharing her best advice for pumping at the office.

Postpartum has a mental health chapter too. And it's allowed to be part of your story.

Maybe it looks like feeling overwhelmed by something that used to feel simple. Disconnected from a body you don't recognize yet. Weepy for no reason you can name.

This is a chapter. Not the whole story. But if it's not lifting, or it's making it hard to function, bond, or feel like yourself, that's worth talking about. Postpartum depression and anxiety are common, treatable, and nothing to carry alone. Your OB, midwife, or a postpartum-focused therapist can help, and the PSI Helpline (1-800-944-4773) is available 24/7.

💾 Save this for the days it helps to remember you're not alone in it, and share it with a mom who needs the reminder.

Today is Wave of Light. Tonight, we light a candle for every family who carries a loss. 🕯️

October 15th is dedicated to remembering the babies who are loved but no longer with us, and honoring the families who carry that loss every day, whether it was recent or long ago.

If this is you, please know your grief is valid, your baby mattered, and you are not alone in this.

Tonight at 7:00 PM, join families around the world in lighting a candle for one hour to create a wave of light across time zones, a quiet, collective way of saying: we remember, we honor, we hold space for you.

🕯️ We're holding space for all the families in our community carrying loss tonight and always.

"Ease doesn't mean easy. It means never walking through it alone." 🤍

This is the heart of Birth with Ease™. It was never about promising a pain-free birth or a perfect postpartum. It's about making sure you have someone steady beside you through every hard, beautiful, uncertain moment of it.

Birth and early motherhood ask a lot of you. You shouldn't have to carry it without support.

🌿 Comment "EASE" to learn how we can walk alongside you.

That first quiet moment when the baby finally naps and you just... stare at the wall. 🤍

No scrolling. No folding laundry. No catching up on everything that piled up. Just stillness, because your body and mind need it too.

It's easy to feel like rest has to be earned, like the to-do list should come first. But you don't need to justify a pause. Your baby resting is permission enough for you to rest too.

The laundry will still be there. This quiet won't.
