Details on what I’ve done:

As a teenager, I was out on birth control to “fix” my periods. In my 20s, I realized I wasn’t fixing anything; rather, I was masking. So I worked hard to improve my health and was in a much better state of health because of it.

Before having my daughter, I had gotten to a point of asymptomatic periods. Easy, nothing to complain about (again, this was due to the efforts I put in and continuing to educate myself on best practices for me).

Postpartum, my periods were not easy🤣 heavy, migraines, bloat…just all the yucky stuff.

Ran my lab work, made a plan and stuck to it. I saw I wasn’t getting rid of estrogen properly and had low ferritin. Both of these are enough to cause my symptoms.

I dialed in my vegetable intake and focused on cruciferous vegetables to help bind up estrogen to get out easier.

Supplements specifically for this:
Calcium d glucarate
Betaine Hcl & pepsin
Optiferin -C
NAC
Vitex
Vitamin C

Other support that can be used in a strategic way w/ dosages:
Saffron
Chamomile
Curcumin
Black cumin seed

My low tox lifestyle has been in place for years so although that wasn’t “new,” it was still a vital part in supporting me as well.

Not being picky enough is holding you back, friend.

Going where the wind takes you for lunch may not be the strategy for you.

Watching tv late at night may not be for you.

Hanging out with friends who drink all weekend may not be the right move.

I see it every time- the more discernment you have on becoming the healthier version of you, the higher the chances of you succeeding.

The moment you start saying “yes” and “no” in the pursuit of your healthiest self is the moment it all comes together. ✨

Only holding your hand and not holding you accountable is holding you back 👀

The more direct I became with clients, the more success they have. This continues to evolve as I continue to work with more and more people but I see the direct correlation.

And be honest- you hire help for efficiency in all areas of life. Don’t let health coaching be an exception.

The toughest lesson I have learned in my quest to be healthy is that trying to do it all will leave you with crumbs of what you want.

Trim the fat by saying no to things that don’t make you healthy and happy and then see how it all clicks.

And the other truth is that this looks different for everyone which is why we offer free discovery sessions to talk about what your roadmap would look like. No cookie cutter coaching.. a clear plan for you and YOUR ideas of health.

Thank you to my husband who loves me in a way that allows me to be the mom I want. It’s true that he helped me become a mom, but he also encourages me to be the mom I am😍

If this hurt to hear, then imagine how much worse it’ll hurt to not do something about it.

This is the conversation I had with myself in 2018 when I was the heaviest, more depressed and most lost I have ever been.

I wanted to work with a coach who was a great fit - except I had all these objections in my head. Price, timing, believing I wasn’t as bad as I was.

Then, one day, I had this conversation with myself. I was straight up and honest and removed the fluff.

And now you know me as this version of Evie. Crazy what happens when you take it one step at a time. 👏

So, maybe being this honest with yourself is important😉

Benefits of eating seasonal produce:

- cost effective
- better for environment
- richer flavor
- higher nutritional content due to when food is picked
- opportunity to support local farmers + shop local

_If your food doesn’t have to travel too far to get to you, then it’s better for your health.

This time of year feels like a more appropriate time”new year new me” so maybe it’s time to reevaluate your 2026 goals.
