Start the day with a one-mile stroll through beautiful Sawyer Point & Yeatman's Cove, then stay for an unforgettable celebration featuring live entertainment, delicious food and drinks, family-friendly activities, giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to make lasting memories.

Ability to Thrive is growing, and we have BIG dreams for the adults with disabilities we serve every day.

We want to create more opportunities, more community experiences, more life skills programs, more outings, and more chances for our individuals to live full, meaningful lives. But to make those dreams a reality, we need funding.

That's where YOU come in.

We are searching for a grant writer who can help us secure grants and funding opportunities for our nonprofit organization. Whether you're an experienced grant writer, know someone who is, or can point us in the right direction, we'd love to connect.

Ability to Thrive is a nonprofit adult day program dedicated to helping adults with disabilities build friendships, gain independence, and stay actively involved in their community. Every dollar we secure helps create new opportunities for the incredible people we support.
