Alois Alzheimer's Care Center Alois Alzheimer's Care Center is the 1st specialized all dementia community in the U.S.

The Alois Alzheimer Center opened in 1987 as America's first residential community solely dedicated to the understanding, care and service of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. We are an all dementia skilled nursing facility and accept Medicare and Medicaid, allowing our residents' and their families to consistently receive the they deserve whether it’s a short term rehab stay or long term.

Offering five distinct levels of care including a private pay behavioral neighborhood and a total care/hospice wing allows us to provide the appropriate level of care for our residents while engaging in activities that benefit their cognition.

From themed dress-up days and special treats to opportunities for staff to relax, connect, and enjoy time together, it's been a wonderful week recognizing the incredible CNAs who make a difference every day.
