Sometimes we continue following routines, expectations, or ways of caring for ourselves simply because they once worked. But your responsibilities may have changed.
Your capacity may have changed. Your priorities, needs, and understanding of yourself may have changed, too.
Recognizing that something no longer supports you does not mean you made the wrong choice before. It may simply mean you are becoming more aware of what this season requires. You do not have to change everything at once.
Begin by noticing:
• What still supports my well-being?
• What feels more draining than helpful?
• What may need to be adjusted?
• What would feel more aligned with who I am becoming?
Awareness gives you the opportunity to make choices based on where you are now, not only where you have been.
You do not begin from broken.
You begin from enough.
What is one thing you have realized no longer supports you in the same way?
