* Admission of patients, evaluations, recertifications. Develop and implement nursing care plans.
* Provide skilled nursing, coordination of care with nursing team and supervision of home health aides.
Required work experience to include...
* A minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
* At least 1 year experience in Home Health
* Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements for home health
