Ice cream is always a good idea! 🍦

Residents from our Meadows and Cedars Memory Care neighborhoods enjoyed outings for ice cream this week with members of our leadership team. These special trips offered a chance to get out, enjoy a favorite treat, and spend time together.

A special thank you to Eddie, Director of Nutrition, and Maureen, Director of Wellness, for joining our residents and helping make these outings so enjoyable. We are grateful for all they do to support and enrich the lives of those who call Bayley home. We look forward to hosting more of these outings for our residents! 💖

Happy National STNA Week to the incredible team members who help make Bayley feel like home! 💙💚

Our STNAs do so much more than provide care. They offer encouragement, lend a listening ear, and build deep relationships with residents each day. Their compassion and dedication are at the heart of our community, and we are grateful for the difference they make.

To start the celebration, we handed the mini mic to John and Marie, two of our amazing STNAs who also happen to be husband and wife! 🎤❤️ In this special interview, they share what they enjoy most about their roles and the residents they have come to know and love.

Happy Monday! 💙💚

If you’ve driven onto our campus today, you may have noticed our new banner celebrating our incredible STNAs! While National STNA Week officially begins this Thursday, June 11, we wanted to start the recognition early and take a moment to highlight these dedicated team members who make such a difference every day.

Our State Tested Nursing Assistants provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents, helping with daily activities, offering comfort and companionship, and ensuring each person feels valued, respected, and supported. Their kindness, patience, and commitment help make our community feel like home.

If you see an STNA this week, please join us in saying “thank you” for all they do. Their hard work and dedication deserve to be celebrated not just this week, but every day.

As a small token of our appreciation, we will be celebrating our STNAs throughout the week of June 15–19. We look forward to recognizing and thanking these exceptional caregivers for the important role they play in the lives of our residents and families.

It was a wonderful Ladybug Day in Assisted Living! 🐞 Our residents enjoyed painting rocks to look like colorful ladybugs, adding a special touch to our outdoor spaces. The fun continued with a surprise visit from Camry the dog, who brought plenty of smiles, tail wags, and joy to everyone’s day. ❤️🐾

Days filled with creativity, companionship, and laughter are some of our favorites!

Today, Bayley was honored to welcome the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima. Residents, families, and staff gathered for a beautiful Mass and a day filled with prayer, reflection, and peace. 🙏💙

The statue was carried through our Memory Care neighborhoods, offering comfort, blessings, and opportunities for prayer to residents. We were also blessed to have relics of St. Jacinta and St. Francisco present during the visit.

Having traveled throughout the world—including Russia, China, and many other countries—the Pilgrim Virgin Statue continues to share a message of faith, hope, and peace wherever it goes. We are grateful to everyone who joined us and for the wonderful attendance at Mass throughout the day.

A special thank you to the Blue Army of Our Lady for bringing this treasured statue and sharing its message with our community. ✨🕊️💙

More fun and creativity at Bayley! 💖

Our residents painted colorful birdhouses that are now displayed throughout our Gardens patio. Such a beautiful way to add even more charm to our outdoor spaces! 🎨 🐦

This week, we came together in our Hillside Courtyard for a special butterfly release in memory of loved ones who have passed over the years. Thank you to Queen City Hospice for sponsoring such a beautiful afternoon filled with reflection, prayers, and beautiful poetry.

Watching the butterflies take flight brought a sense of peace and remembrance as residents, families, volunteers, and staff shared memories and honored those who will never be forgotten. 🦋💜
