Meditation, whatever form you do it, can help you ground to be a more powerful warrior. โ

With ICE in our streets and communities the more prepped and peaceful the more powerful we are. The more you see us rise. โ

Itโ€™s not meditation or action. Itโ€™s meditation and action. Not one or the other! Both of these aid the other. Meditation prepares us to take aligned action with clarity and purpose.โ

Dismantling structures of oppression leads to the kind of collective liberation and connectedness that meditation shows us is possible.โ
