The Goshen Local Schools Grub Bus is once again rolling for the summer of 2026.

The Grub Bus is one of Goshen's ways to provide meals to hungry students during the summer.

Any child 18 and under can walk up to the bus and walk away with a lunch for that day and breakfast for the next. The Grub Bus will follow a similar menu as the regular school year, with familiar entrees and servings of fruits and vegetables in each meal.

Summer isn’t just a break—it’s a bridge.

For students experiencing transitions, this time can be critical.

Our Behavioral Health Technicians help prepare individuals who are:
• Moving from elementary to middle school
• Transitioning to high school
• Entering a new district or classroom
• Returning to school after extended absences or challenges

We focus on building confidence, routines, and coping strategies—before the first day back.

Because smoother transitions start long before the school year begins! WWW.TRANSITIONS-BH.COM/REFERRALS

Success doesn’t happen in just one setting—it happens when support is connected.

At Transitions BH, we help bridge:
➡️ Skills learned at school
➡️ Practice and reinforcement at home
➡️ A confident return to the classroom

Our team partners with:
• Parents and caregivers
• Teachers and school teams
• The individuals we support

Together, we create consistent, effective strategies that carry across environments.

Summer services aren’t just support—they’re preparation for long-term success.

Caregivers and families are part of the mental health story—but their needs are often overlooked.

Support shouldn’t stop with the individual.

Our Peer Support services:
• Connect families with others who understand their journey
• Provide guidance grounded in lived experience
• Reduce isolation and caregiver stress

Because supporting families strengthens outcomes for everyone.

Schools are one of the most important places to support mental health—but students with developmental needs are often underserved.

Our School Services bring targeted mental health strategies directly into the classroom:
• Emotional regulation tools
• Behavioral supports
• Collaboration with educators and families

Because when students feel supported, they’re better able to learn—and thrive.

Mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all—and for individuals with IDD, mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation are often misunderstood or missed entirely.

That’s the gap.

Transitions BH’s Community Behavioral Health services provide individualized support that addresses real mental health needs through:
• Anxiety and stress management strategies
• Emotional regulation and coping skill development
• Behavioral supports tailored to communication and sensory needs
• Trauma-informed approaches that build safety and trust
• Real-world practice in home, school, and community environments

We meet individuals where they are—helping them build confidence, stability, and emotional wellness in everyday life.

The school year is ending—but it’s not too late to plan for summer support.

Many families don’t realize that behavioral health services can continue beyond the classroom—and summer is actually one of the best times to build meaningful skills.

Transitions BH Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) can come directly into your home to:
• Reinforce skills learned during the school year
• Build routines that support emotional regulation
• Address behaviors in real-life, everyday settings

Starting now means your child doesn’t lose progress—they build on it.

Referrals are still being accepted for summer services: www.transitions-bh.com/referrals

Social isolation is a major mental health risk—and adults with IDD experience it at higher rates.

Connection isn’t optional. It’s essential.

Our Adult Day Program creates opportunities for:
• Meaningful social interaction
• Routine and structure
• Skill-building and purpose

These aren’t just activities—they’re protective factors for mental wellness.

Because belonging improves mental health.
