Best Point was excited to be part of this year's Halloween on the Green, a fun-filled community event bringing families together to celebrate the season! From creative costumes and festive activities to plenty of smiles, it was a great opportunity to connect with our neighbors and share more about the work happening at Best Point.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, said hello, and helped make the event such a success. We love being part of community events like this and building relationships that strengthen the support available to children, families, and individuals across our region.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a time to celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities and advocate for inclusive workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Meet Mazz, who recently shared her experiences through her employment journey and reflected on the support that helped her navigate the job search and prepare for interviews. Her story is a reminder of how access to resources, encouragement, and individualized support can help people move forward with confidence.

NAMI Walk Success: Together We Raised Over $2,000! 💙

Thank you to everyone who joined Team Best Point at this year's NAMI Walk! Thanks to your support, participation, and generosity, we raised more than $2,000 for mental health awareness and NAMI's mission. It was wonderful to see so many staff members, family members, and friends come together for a great cause.

NAMI Southwest Ohio is doing incredible work to support individuals and families affected by mental health challenges, and we are thrilled to support an organization whose mission aligns so closely with our own.

We’re gearing up for Budget Bootcamp on November 6 and 13, and we need volunteers to help students learn valuable real-world financial skills!

Through a “Game of Life” simulation, students will step into different roles, navigate everyday expenses, make financial decisions, and discover how their choices affect their budgets.

You’ll help bring the experience to life by guiding students through a ready-to-go activity at one of our game stations. No financial expertise needed, just your time, enthusiasm, and willingness to help students learn!

We are thrilled to be featured by The Seven Challenges as one of the organizations implementing their program! This evidence-based approach has been a valuable resource for our team, helping us strengthen outcomes for the youth and families we serve.

Best Point’s ability to expand Seven Challenges to also include Brief Challenges is the direct result of our grant with OneOhio Recovery Foundation which provided the funding for us to cover the cost of the training and materials to expand our AOD offerings.
