Born and raised in Cincinnati and a proud Walnut Hills graduate, Dr. Gaulding returned home after earning her medical degree, completing her dermatology residency at the prestigious Henry Ford Hospital, and gaining extensive experience in the field.

After seeing too many patients feel rushed and unheard in high-volume practices, she set out to create something different. That’s why she founded Premier Dermatology & Associates—a practice built on personalized care, transparency, and taking the time to truly listen.

With published research, national presentations, and a passion for partnering with her patients, Dr. Gaulding is committed to helping every patient feel confident in their skin.
