Empathy and validation in action *require* action. This means they are active tools that we use, not passive states of being. Even quiet empathy, which might look pretty simple on the surface, is an action.

I’m excited to share that Bluebel Counseling has officially transitioned into solo private practice! In this new chapter I will continue to shape my work around the communities and relationship structures I’m most passionate about serving.

I’m currently accepting new clients and specialize in:
