June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about men's mental health.
Many men face challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, yet may feel pressure to handle these struggles alone. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness it is a sign of strength and self-awareness.
At Serenity Counseling, we believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to share their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and prioritize their emotional well-being.
This month, we encourage men to:
