Shout out to one of our teammates, Mike, for his involvement and support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Ohio!

🏀💙 Celebrating 3 years of friendship for Mike and Ethan!

For the past three years, Mike has been a steady and encouraging presence in Ethan’s life — showing up, making time, and building a friendship that continues to grow stronger with every visit.

From swimming at the YMCA to shooting hoops, working out, and spending time together, Mike and Ethan have found meaningful ways to connect while having fun along the way. Their match is a great reminder that some of the most impactful moments come from simply showing up and being there.

We are so grateful for the consistency, dedication, and positive influence Mike has brought to Ethan’s life. Happy 3-Year Matchiversary, Mike and Ethan! Here’s to many more memories and adventures together! 💙

These portable kits are designed specifically for temporary events, pop-ups, community gatherings, and short-term activities where organizations can share sensory tools with guests to manage their sensory needs.

Available to borrow for organizations statewide at no cost, these kits include thoughtfully selected tools like sensory tubes, colorful lamps, tinted glasses, noise-canceling headphones, weighted lap pads, floor cushions, scented markers, coloring books, and lavender and coffee bean jars.

If your child isn’t making noises, babbling, or talking at the same age as other children, you should talk to your child’s doctor about your concerns and Early Intervention.

Early Intervention supports children’s language/communication by:
• Supporting a child’s language/communication developmental needs
• Building families’ skills to support their child’s language/communication development
• Supporting families in adapting their home so their child has more ways to practice language/communication skills
• Helping find preschool or other services after EI.
