Pickaway Area Recovery Services PARS, Inc. offers Substance Use and Mental Health counseling in residential, outpatient, and jail settings. P.A.R.S. is committed to these challenges.

PARS offers recovery housing, visitation centers, and prevention education. P.A.R.S., as with all AoD treatment, has come a long way in the past 38 years, but there remains much more to be done. is dedicated to continue to increase our scientific understanding of the Disease of Chemical Dependency through research and development of evidence-based treatments as well as prevention strategies. We offer mental health and substance use counseling for youth/adolescents! We have caring, experienced clinicians in all three counties who specialize in therapies for youth. Treatment works and can reduce su***de risk!
