This week, I’m trading birth bags and schedules for sandy toes and beach sunsets with my family. 🌊☀️

Supporting families through pregnancy and birth is one of the greatest honors of my life, but my own family is the heart behind everything I do. They cheer me on when I’m heading to births, share me when I’m on call, and remind me why this work matters so much.

Are you experiencing an adverse weather event or natural disaster? If the power goes out, keep your freezer door closed. A full freezer can keep milk frozen for up to 48 hours, while a half-full freezer can keep it frozen for about 24 hours. Once power has been restored, check your milk. If it still contains any ice crystals, it is safe to refreeze.

The Worthy Mama Project exists because motherhood changed me in ways I never expected.

I am a postpartum psychosis survivor who spent a long time trying to find myself again after becoming a mom. I loved my babies deeply, but I felt disconnected from the woman I used to be.

For the past 15 years, I have shared my story so other mothers don’t feel as alone as I once did. Stories like mine save lives. I know this because of the countless messages I've received over the years. 🥹

This project is about helping moms find themselves postpartum and get their pink back. 🦩❤️‍🩹

It is a reminder that you matter too. That asking for help is brave. That you are still worthy even in the middle of motherhood.
