Whether our CiminoCare dads are supporting their families, cheering from the sidelines, offering guidance, or creating lasting memories, the fathers on our team bring the same compassion and commitment to our communities that they bring to their loved ones.
For Robert, this Father’s Day is especially meaningful: "We always celebrate the blessings of our children. This year is extra special because we have two graduations — one from college and one from high school."
Moments like these remind us that family milestones are among life’s greatest achievements.
Our fearless leader, Mark Cimino, reflects on how fatherhood has shaped the culture for which we strive: “In recent times, I found myself looking back over old pictures of my children. Each picture captures a mere moment in time—indeed, a meaningful moment in time: A birthday, a holiday gathering, or just out exploring nature."
He adds, "This notion has inspired our 'Meaningful Moments' culture — every interaction matters, every moment with each other is meaningful. It is our shared purpose to create Meaningful Moments that shape our experience."
At CiminoCare, while we know that the qualities that make great fathers—patience, kindness, encouragement, and leading by example—fathers have an opportunity to create meaningful moments that shape who we become.
