This week, our veterans at Wheatland Village had the unforgettable opportunity to take flight with Dream Flights – an incredible program dedicated to giving back to thsoe who bravely served our country.
Watching their faces light up as they soared through the skies was nothing short of inspiring. Each flight wasn’t just a ride—it was a chance to revisit memories, embrace freedom, and feel celebrated for their service and sacrifice. These powerful flights reconnect veterans with their past and ensure their stories soar for generations. 💛

At Generations, we are deeply grateful for the courage, resilience, and legacy of our veterans. Partnering with Dream Flightsallowed us to honor their stories in a truly special way.

This year we have a second Sandy Warrick Award for Excellence that is presented to: Yolanda Lopez at Montage Creek.

This award is dedicated to a Generations employee who has dedicated 10+ years of service and has made a positive impact on both fellow employees and residents. They truly shine as the best-of-the-best amongst their peers.

Yolanda is often overlooked despite her impressive 17+ years of reliability in the community. She is intelligent, a problem solver, and a dedicated team player who prioritizes quality and ethics. Yolanda cares deeply for residents and staff, ensuring open communication and support. Families value her reliability, and she is always willing to help when needed. She is truly one of the most deserving individuals to work with. 🌠💕

This year’s Wendell White Leadership Award is presented to: Kristin Porm at Fairfield Village!

This award is open to department directors/senior leadership. It is named in tribute to our Founder and is presented to individuals who exhibit exceptional personal achievements in all 5 Generations Values. They establish mentorship connections with staff members and play a key role in the campus-wide alignment with our mission statement. “Bringing Generations together in the joy of living and everything it means to be human”.
