Bright Road Recovery provides eating disorder treatment at the outpatient, intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP) levels of care. Individual and Family Psychotherapy: Our therapists specialize in eating disorder treatment as well as in severe depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties not related to an eating disorder. We also offer EMDR for those seek
ing help for symptoms related to trauma. Nutritional Counseling: We offer private sessions with a highly experienced Registered Dietitian. Nutritional counseling provides on-on-one support to address the needs of clients who are stepping down from a higher level of care, as well as those who are seeking a dietitian to support their health unrelated to eating disorders. Intensive Outpatient Program: Our 3-hour IOP program provides clients with two groups and a supported meal for each program day they attend. Groups are led by our licensed therapists or registered dietitians, helping clients process feelings as they focus on integrating recovery into their lives. On weekends, the IOP program is scheduled during the day from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. Partial Hospitalization Program: PHP provides 6 -10 hours of treatment per day, including medical supervision, individual and group therapy, and meal support. PHP hours include the group and meal support of IOP as well as the additional hours needed for individual therapy, medical monitoring and meals. Clients are able to attend PHP as a transition step from residential to outpatient treatment, or clients can begin their recovery at this level.
