🌞 ** Beat the Heat and Stay Safe This Summer!** 🌞
Summertime is all about outdoor fun, but it also brings a few seasonal health risks.

Our family practice team wants to ensure your family stays happy, healthy, and out of the urgent care clinic this season.

Here are four quick tips to keep everyone safe:
💧Hydrate often: Drink water before you feel thirsty.
☀️Apply sunscreen: Use SPF 30+ and reapply every two hours.
🪳Check for ticks: Do full-body inspections after walking in woods or tall grass.
🫠Beat the peak: Stay indoors during the hottest hours (10 AM – 4 PM).
🚗Never leave children or pets in a parked car, even for a minute. The temperature inside rises to dangerous levels almost instantly.
