🚂 All Aboard for a Day of Fun! 🚂

Last week, a group of our Bristol Village assisted living residents embarked on a little adventure on the rails! They enjoyed a memorable outing to the Arcade & Attica Railroad (Arcade & Attica Railroad Corporation), taking in the beautiful scenery, sharing plenty of smiles and laughter, and simply enjoying time together.

There’s something special about getting out, exploring new places, learning about local history and making memories with friends.

We’re so glad our residents had the opportunity to experience this fun-filled adventure! 📸

Our 2026 Annual Family Picnic was a big hit! 🧺☀️

This past weekend, Bristol Village residents and their families came together for a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, connection and plenty of summer fun. From sharing a delicious picnic lunch and enjoying the music of entertainer and musician Tom Bender (Tom Bender Music) to balloon twisting, a bounce house and other family-friendly activities, there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🎈🎶

Most importantly, the day gave our Bristol Village community another opportunity to slow down, spend time together and make special memories with the people who matter most. 🫶

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s picnic such a memorable celebration! 🙌

At Bristol Village, our memory care sensory space is designed to provide calming and meaningful experiences through thoughtful surroundings that encourage relaxation, connection and exploration. These spaces are intended to calm individuals with repetitive behavior or agitation through soft music, dimmed lighting and a quiet atmosphere, with some design elements taken from Snoezelen room ideas.

Our sensory space offers aromatherapy, soothing music, “cloudscape” lighting and an aquarium for interest, creating moments of peace and tranquillity for our memory care residents. ☁️🐠
